Authorities in Laramie County are investigating after a dead body was discovered Monday morning near Cheyenne.
According to the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), deputies were dispatched to an area north of Terry Ranch Road at around 9:38 a.m. after receiving a report of a body found at the scene.
Details about the incident remain limited as the investigation is ongoing. However, in a statement, the sheriff’s office reassured the public that there is no perceived threat to the community at this time.
The LCSO has not yet released further information, but updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.
