With Halloween just around the corner, Google has revealed Wyoming’s most popular costume searches for 2024. The data, collected as of October 30, highlights a mix of whimsical, spooky, and nostalgic characters that are trending across the state.
In northern and central Wyoming, residents are particularly interested in dressing up as:
- Minion
- Wednesday Addams
- Cheshire Cat
- Clone Trooper
- Donnie Darko
Meanwhile, southern Wyoming’s top costume choices show a different twist:
- Ninja
- Cheshire Cat
- Coraline
- Batman
- Ennui (character from Inside Out)
National trends for kids’ costumes also bring a variety of popular characters, with Red from Descendants, Dr. Doom, and Kidpool (a child version of Deadpool) leading the list. Other favorites for 2024 include Minion, Gojo (from the popular anime Jujutsu Kaisen), Wolverine, Queen of Hearts, and Corpse Bride. Costumes inspired by cultural icons like Taylor Swift, Jack Skellington, and even inflatable alien costumes also remain popular choices across the country.
