Gasoline Prices in Wyoming Decrease by Over 7 Cents in the Past Week

Gasoline prices in Wyoming have dropped by 7.4 cents per gallon in the past week, bringing the state’s average price to $2.95 per gallon as of Monday, according to a survey conducted by GasBuddy.com, which analyzed data from 494 stations across Wyoming.

Compared to a month ago, prices have decreased by 20.7 cents per gallon, and they are also 19.9 cents lower than they were at this time last year. The lowest reported price in the state on Sunday was $2.59, while the highest was $3.59, showing a $1 per gallon difference across the state.

Nationally, the average price of gasoline has fallen by 1.4 cents per gallon in the past week, reaching an average of $3.01 per gallon. This is a 11.2-cent decrease from a month ago and 23.7 cents lower than prices were a year ago. Diesel prices have also dropped, with the national average for diesel now at $3.50 per gallon, down by 1.3 cents from the previous week.

These price changes reflect broader trends observed across the country and in Wyoming, signaling a continued decrease in fuel costs for both consumers and businesses alike.
