An Arizona man, Manuel Tamayo-Torres, was arrested on Monday and charged with felony threats against then-President-elect Donald Trump following a series of alarming Facebook videos, CNN reports, citing court documents.

The videos included one where Tamayo-Torres allegedly brandished what appears to be an AR-15-style rifle.

Court documents, which refer to Trump as “Individual 1,” detail multiple threats against the former president and his family. In one video posted last Thursday, Tamayo-Torres reportedly said, “[Individual 1] you’re gonna die, [Individual 1], your son’s gonna die. Your whole family is going to die, [Individual 1]. This is reality now for you. This is the only reality you have in your future, [Individual 1], dying.”

Another video, posted earlier this month, shows Tamayo-Torres allegedly holding up a “white AR-15-style rifle with a 30-round magazine inserted into it,” while issuing further threats against Trump.

One of Tamayo-Torres’ videos was filmed at a Trump rally held at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, on August 23rd. Ironically, during that rally, Trump himself discussed assassination attempts against him, referencing an incident at a July 13 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Beyond the threats against Trump, Tamayo-Torres faces additional charges for allegedly making false statements on federal firearms forms during a gun purchase attempt in Phoenix last year.
