As the 2025 high school boys’ basketball season reaches its midpoint, teams across Wyoming are beginning to establish themselves in their respective conferences, Wyopreps.com reports.

With four weeks of play completed, five teams remain undefeated, while others continue to search for their first win. Here’s a detailed look at the standings across all classes and conferences, compiled through January 11, 2025.

Class 1A Standings

  • Northeast: Upton leads with an unbeaten 7-0 overall record and a 1-0 quadrant record, followed by Hulett (3-3, 1-0) and Kaycee (2-8, 1-0).
  • Northwest: Burlington tops the quadrant at 5-5 overall and 2-0, with St. Stephens and Dubois close behind.
  • Southeast: Lingle-Ft. Laramie (10-0) and Lusk (11-0) dominate, leading in points standings with 25 and 23 points, respectively.
  • Southwest: Encampment (8-3, 2-0) and Farson-Eden (5-5, 1-0) lead their quadrant, while Cokeville (8-2) remains a strong contender despite no quadrant games played.

Class 2A Standings

  • Northwest: Thermopolis (6-2) and Shoshoni (7-3) are neck-and-neck in overall records.
  • Southwest: Wyoming Indian (8-3, 1-0) holds a slight edge over Big Piney (7-4).
  • East: Wright (9-2) leads in points ratings, with Sundance (9-3) close behind.

Class 3A Standings

  • East: Torrington (3-4, 1-0) leads the region, with Buffalo (5-2) and Douglas (6-4) in pursuit.
  • West: Lovell remains undefeated (7-0), with Powell (6-1) and Cody (5-2) close on their heels.

Class 4A Standings

  • East: Sheridan remains unbeaten at 8-0, followed by Laramie (8-2) and Cheyenne East (6-4).
  • West: Evanston (5-4) and Green River (4-5) are among the top performers, while Star Valley and Jackson are still seeking momentum.
