As six weeks of the 2025 Wyoming girls’ high school basketball season come to a close, every team in the state has now played at least two conference games, setting the stage for the latter half of the season, WyoPreps reports.
The standings reflect the competitive nature of this year’s matchups, with no teams remaining undefeated and only two yet to secure a victory.
Class 1A
- Northeast: Upton leads the quadrant with a 9-3 overall record and remains undefeated in conference play (3-0). Kaycee follows closely at 4-10 overall but 3-1 in conference games.
- Northwest: Burlington and Riverside share the top spot, each boasting an 11-4 overall record and 3-0 conference mark.
- Southeast: Lingle-Ft. Laramie and Southeast are tied in points standings with 25 each, while Lusk trails slightly with 23 points. Guernsey-Sunrise remains winless.
- Southwest: Cokeville is in control at 10-4 overall and a perfect 4-0 in quadrant play.
Class 2A
- Northwest: Rocky Mountain and Thermopolis lead the quadrant with identical 2-0 conference records.
- Southwest: Wyoming Indian continues to dominate with a 12-4 overall record and 3-0 in conference play, while Big Piney holds second at 2-1 in quadrant matchups.
- East: The unique points rating system places Tongue River at the top with a near-perfect 13-1 overall record and a 2.643 rating. Pine Bluffs and Sundance round out the top three.
Class 3A
- East: Torrington leads with a 3-0 region record, while Douglas holds the best overall record at 12-1.
- West: Cody and Pinedale remain undefeated in regional play, with Cody holding a 10-3 overall record and Pinedale a strong 12-1 record.
Class 4A
- East: Cheyenne Central sits atop the standings with a 13-1 overall record and an unbeaten 4-0 region record. Cheyenne East follows at 12-2 and 3-1.
- West: The 4A West is split into two quadrants. Star Valley leads Quadrant 1 (SW) with a 2-0 record, while Kelly Walsh tops Quadrant 2 (NW) with a 2-0 mark as well.
The season has showcased a variety of competitive storylines, from dominant teams such as Cheyenne Central and Wyoming Indian maintaining strong conference leads, to tightly contested quadrants like the 1A Southeast and 3A West.
