All West Communications is continuing its push to enhance internet services in Sweetwater County, Wyoming, with an ambitious fiber optic network expansion in Rock Springs and Green River, Broadband Communities reports.

Construction is set to begin in Spring 2025 following the completion of engineering and design work.

The expansion aims to provide residents and businesses with symmetrical gigabit speeds, exceptional reliability, and future-proof technology. All West plans to offer multi-gig speeds of up to 8 Gig for residential customers and 10 Gig for businesses, ensuring smooth streaming, uninterrupted online gaming, and efficient remote work.

Local leaders have praised the project for its potential to boost the region’s connectivity and economy.

“The City of Rock Springs is thrilled to see All West investing in our community by bringing fiber internet to the residents,” said Eric Bingham, Rock Springs City Council Ward 4. “A reliable, high-speed connection is essential for economic growth and everyday life, and our residents are excited for the opportunities the expansion will bring.”

All West has a history of supporting Sweetwater County, contributing over $5,000 annually in sponsorships and donations to local schools, businesses, and events. The company has been serving the region since acquiring Sweetwater Cable in 2017 and remains committed to delivering top-tier telecommunication services.

All West’s investment underscores its commitment to providing cutting-edge internet solutions. According to Ookla Speedtest® results, the company offers the fastest internet speeds in the county. The fiber network expansion will ensure ultra-reliable connectivity and prepare the community for evolving digital demands.

Residents and businesses can expect visible progress in the coming months as All West accelerates its construction efforts in Q1 2025.
