A semitrailer rolled over early Wednesday morning on Interstate 80 near the Nebraska-Wyoming border, temporarily closing a portion of the highway.

According to Nebraska 511, the crash occurred around 5:40 a.m., leading to the closure of eastbound I-80 at mile marker 1. The Kimball County Sheriff’s Office shared photos of the overturned vehicle in a Facebook post, showing the extent of the incident.

The rollover caused several items from the trailer to spill onto the roadway. Emergency responders, including the Bushnell Fire Department, the Nebraska Department of Transportation, the Laramie Fire Department, and the Nebraska State Patrol, arrived at the scene to assist with cleanup and traffic management.

Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported, and the affected section of I-80 has since been reopened.
