University of Wyoming standout Allyson Fertig has been chosen as one of 20 top players nationwide to compete in the 2025 Women’s College All-Star Game, presented by Lilly, 7220 Sports reports.
The event, set for Saturday, April 5, at 1 p.m. MT, will take place in Tampa, Florida, as part of the Women’s Final Four and will air on ESPN2.
Fertig will play for either Team Lieberman or Team Miller, led by basketball legends and Naismith Hall of Famers Nancy Lieberman and Cheryl Miller. She joins an elite group of players, including Iowa’s Lucy Olsen, North Carolina’s Alyssa Ustby, and Mississippi State’s Jerkaila Jordan.
Named the 2025 Mountain West Player of the Year, Fertig made history as the first player to lead the conference in points, rebounds, blocks, and field goal percentage in a single season. She averaged 18.8 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks per game while shooting 57.4% from the field.

Beyond the All-Star Game, Fertig will also participate in the inaugural Women’s College All-Star Combine, designed for WNBA and international draft prospects. Held Friday, April 4, the combine will feature general testing, drills, and scrimmages in front of professional scouts.
