Earthcore Industries, a Jacksonville, Florida-based manufacturer and distributor of Isokern fireplaces and chimney systems, has announced plans for a new 30,000-square-foot distribution center in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Business Wire reports.

The facility will enhance Earthcore’s ability to serve its dealer and distribution networks across the Northwest and Upper Midwest, improving product availability and delivery efficiency.

The new distribution center will be strategically located within the Cheyenne Logistics Hub, providing direct access to key transportation routes. This expansion aims to strengthen Isokern’s regional presence while contributing to economic growth and development in the area.

“Our commitment has always been to deliver the highest quality products and service to our customers in a timely manner,” said Carl Spadaro, CEO of Earthcore Industries. “Adding our fifth distribution center in Cheyenne helps us fulfill our promise to deliver products within 48 hours.”

The new facility will be built by Richardson Construction Company, a well-established commercial contractor based in Cheyenne. Architectural design will be handled by VFLA Architecture + Interiors of Fort Collins, Colorado, known for its innovative and functional designs.

Groundbreaking for the project is scheduled for April 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Earthcore leadership, local officials, and industry representatives will be present, and the event will be open to the public and media.

Founded in 1990, Earthcore Industries specializes in high-quality, modular masonry fireplaces and chimney systems. The company uses proprietary Icelandic volcanic pumice in its Isokern products, which are widely used in both residential and commercial construction.

Earthcore operates through a network of over 600 independent distributors and dealers across North America. The Cheyenne distribution center will complement existing locations in Jacksonville, FL; Chesapeake, VA; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; multiple cities in Texas; Corona and Camarillo, CA; and Phoenix, AZ.
