Trump Weighs in on Jill Biden’s Role in Administration, Highlights Biden’s Cognitive Function

President Donald Trump shared his views on Jill Biden’s influence during the Biden administration in an exclusive interview with Fox Noticias.
When asked by host Rachel Campos-Duffy whether he considered her to be former President Joe Biden’s “autopen,” Trump dismissed the idea but suggested she was “certainly involved.”
Trump pointed to Jill Biden’s attendance at a Cabinet meeting in September 2024 as evidence of her involvement. Her presence at that meeting had previously sparked controversy and fueled speculation about the extent of her influence.
However, Trump attributed the administration’s direction more broadly to “radical left lunatics” rather than solely to Jill Biden’s influence.
“They [the Biden administration] had a lot of bad people. They had a lot of radical left lunatics in there, and I think he was perfect. He was perfect for them because he didn’t have a clue,” Trump stated.
Trump’s comments touched on the concerns surrounding Joe Biden’s health and cognitive abilities during his presidency, particularly following his debate performance against Trump during the 2024 election. Recent books released since Biden’s departure from the White House have also offered insights into the former president’s health.
In contrast, Trump has emphasized his own physical and mental fitness for office. Following his annual physical at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Trump claimed to be in “very good shape.”
He also highlighted his performance on cognitive tests, taking a jab at his former political rival.
“I think it’s a pretty well-known test. Whatever it is, I got every one — I got it all right… I’ve taken the cognitive test, I think, four times and I’ve gotten nothing wrong. That’s what the American people want,” Trump asserted. “Biden refused to take it, Kamala refused to take it.”
