As the 2025 Wyoming high school softball season enters Week 6, teams across the state are gearing up for crucial games with only three weeks left in the regular season, WyoPreps reports.
Several conference matchups scheduled for the week of April 22–26 are expected to play a major role in determining postseason seeding.
In the Southwest Pod, the spotlight is on Laramie as it hosts Green River and Rock Springs. All three teams currently sit tied in conference play with 2-1 records, making these contests particularly significant for determining standings within the pod.
The Southeast Pod is also shaping up for an intense round of rematches, with ranked teams facing off in doubleheaders. Cheyenne East, Cheyenne Central, and Wheatland are set to battle for positioning in what could be a preview of postseason matchups.
