Buffalo, Wyoming will be the setting for a unique and inspiring celebration of Western craftsmanship and culture as the Art of the Cowgirl Foundation brings its annual gathering to the historic TA Ranch from June 12–15, 2025, K2 Radio reports.

This national event highlights the diverse talents and traditions of women in the American West, bringing together cowgirl artists, saddle makers, silversmiths, braiders, horsewomen, and other skilled craftspeople for a series of workshops, clinics, and collaborative experiences. Participants come from across the country to both showcase their work and deepen their skills through hands-on learning opportunities.

The gathering will also feature the Foundation’s first-ever Women’s Retreat, offering a more personal and immersive experience for attendees. Open to those who register for a retreat, clinic, or workshop, the event aims to promote education, mentorship, and connection within the Western art and equestrian communities.

A key feature of the event is its support for the Art of the Cowgirl Fellowship Program, which funds educational fellowships for emerging female artists and tradeswomen to learn from master artisans. Proceeds from the workshops, clinics, and special events like the fundraiser dinner and dance go directly toward supporting these fellowships.

The educational programming will include instruction in a variety of Western disciplines, such as leatherwork, silversmithing, photography, and horsemanship. Teachers and presenters are seasoned experts who have spent years mastering their crafts.
