What should’ve been a sweet, light-hearted moment during a Coldplay concert in Massachusetts has now turned into a full-blown internet scandal, complete with awkward dodges, viral speculation, and a lot of LinkedIn chaos.

It all went down Wednesday night at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, where Chris Martin was mid-performance and serenading the crowd with an improvised track called The Jumbotron Song. The frontman was singing about couples shown on the big screen — until one particular duo caught his attention for all the wrong reasons.

But as soon as the couple realized they were being broadcast across the stadium, the mood shifted. The woman abruptly turned away from the camera, and the man quickly moved out of frame.

Naturally, the internet ran with it.

Within hours, online sleuths had identified the pair as Andy Byron, CEO of the tech firm Astronomer, and his colleague Kristin Cabot, who serves as the company’s Chief People Officer. According to LinkedIn and public company appearances, the two have worked closely for years — but the nature of their relationship was never seen as more than professional. That is, until the Kiss Cam hit.

The awkward encounter, and Martin’s offhanded remark, went viral almost immediately. Comments flooded Byron’s LinkedIn page with snarky references to Coldplay lyrics and thinly veiled accusations.

“Coldplay setlist update: A Sky Full of Stars, Fix You, The CEO of Astronomer getting caught cheating with an employee in section 102,” one user quipped.

Another simply wrote, “Caught on the Jumbotron,” while someone else asked, “Where is the head of HR?” with a raised-eyebrow emoji.

Neither Byron nor Cabot has commented publicly, and Fox News Digital reports that reps for the pair did not respond to requests for clarification. Astronomer, a cybersecurity startup based in New York, hasn’t issued a statement either.
