Free Entry, Big Energy: Wyoming Pop Culture Con Returns to Casper for Year Three
Karla Sims

Casper, get your capes and fandom gear ready—the Wyoming Pop Culture Con is back at Eastridge Mall this October, and this year’s edition is shaping up to be the biggest yet.

The convention, now in its third year, is expanding its lineup of actors, voice talent, cosplayers, artists, writers, vendors, and food trucks, promising something for everyone from hardcore collectors to casual fans. And for the first time ever—admission is completely free.

“This year is all about making it accessible,” said event coordinator Karla Sims, who can hardly contain her excitement. “Are you ready for an unforgettable weekend? We’ve got comics, gaming and TV guests, cosplayers, creators, toy and comic vendors, food trucks, and fun for the whole family. We can’t wait to see you there.”

Event Details:

  • When: October 4 & 5, 2025
    • Saturday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
    • Sunday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Where: Eastridge Mall, 601 SE Wyoming Blvd, Casper
  • Cost: Free entry

Unlike traditional comic cons that lean heavily on comic books alone, Pop Culture Con is true to its name—celebrating the whole spectrum of pop culture. Whether you’re into anime, movies, TV, gaming, cosplay, or just looking for a fun family outing, there’s something waiting for you.

Organizers say each year has drawn bigger crowds, and 2025 is expected to be the most packed lineup yet. So bring your friends, bring your family, and maybe even bring your lightsaber—Casper’s about to geek out in the best way possible.
