Break out the boots and bow ties — tickets are now on sale for the Natural History Museum of Wyoming’s Fundraising Gala on Sunday, December 1, starting at 5 p.m., Sheridan Media reports.
The party lands at the Ramada Convention Center, 1809 Sugarland Drive, and museum executive director Tom Hebert says the evening is designed to celebrate science, community, and a little friendly bidding.
The night kicks off with a social hour at 5 p.m., rolls into dinner at 6, features a guest speaker at 7, turns competitive with a live auction at 8, and keeps the energy up with entertainment starting at 9. Organizers are teasing several eye-catching, one-of-a-kind auction items; keep an eye on the museum’s website and Sheridan Media for reveals as the date approaches.
Beyond the big night, the museum is inviting sponsors to help power its programs — everything from Women in Science initiatives to new and expanded exhibits, plus community and veterans’ dig events that get people out in the field and hands-on with Wyoming’s deep past.
Tickets and sponsorships went live October 1 and are available at https://nhmofwyoming.org/tickets.
