Cowboy State Daily, People, and the Daily Mail contributed to this report.

Kanye West has sold Bighorn Mountain Ranch near Greybull, Wyoming, back to its original owners, the Flitner family. Records show the deal was notarized Sept. 17 by West’s wife Bianca Censori; local outlet Cowboy State Daily reported the sale Oct. 17. The Flitners first sold the 6,713-acre spread to West in 2019 for $14 million.

The ranch — cabins, lodges, rolling pasture, and canyons — returns to Greg and Pam Flitner. They say historic structures were left intact during West’s ownership, unlike changes at his other Wyoming property.

That other property, Monster Lake Ranch near Cody (bought in 2019), remains on the market. West first listed it in Oct. 2021 and it’s currently listed for $12 million via Hayden Outdoors.

The Flitners plan to keep Bighorn primarily agricultural and are spinning off two non-core pieces through Hayden Outdoors: Snowshoe Lodge & Mountain Island (645 acres, $5.9M) and Bighorn Mountain Hideout (500 acres, $5.75M).

Locals largely welcomed West’s arrival back in 2019, and the Flitners aren’t knocking his ambitions. But with Bighorn back in family hands, they say the priority is preserving working land for the next generation.
