The Dubois Town Council will meet for its regular session at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, in the Council Chambers at Dubois Town Hall, 712 Meckem Street.
On the agenda early in the night is an economic development sales tax progress report from the Wilderness Flower Company.
Councilors will also hear updates on holiday closures, the Wyoming Association of Municipalities Winter Conference, and a rundown of meetings that have been cancelled or rescheduled.
The first official action item is an executive session to discuss potential litigation.
Back in open session, the council will consider accepting the fiscal year 2024-2025 financial audit, then take up whether to remove a previously tabled item involving a Wind River Visitor’s Council appointment dismissal. According to staff, “Mr. Furman had requested this subject remain on the table” until the Dec. 10 meeting.

- A Notice of Award to Bar T for $56,575 for construction.
The council will also consider an agreement with Alagrants LLC for consulting services to help complete a grant application for the Dubois Police Department. The application is for a US Department of Transportation Safe Streets and Roads grant to fund an action plan, at a cost not to exceed $18,000.
