A Casper man already facing two felony counts for possession of child sexual abuse material now faces 15 additional charges after a forensic examination of his phone uncovered hundreds of illicit files, according to court records.
Bradley Allen Wilkison, 61, was arrested in November after federal probation agents discovered two CSAM files on an unauthorized Samsung Galaxy device. Wilkison was on lifetime supervised release following a 15-year federal prison sentence for a 2005 CSAM conviction. Natrona County records also show a 1989 conviction for sexual abuse of a minor.
The initial files were found in a Telegram chat thread—an app commonly used for CSAM distribution, according to a Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation agent’s report. Wilkison agreed to give agents full device access, leading to a search warrant and complete forensic extraction.
The download revealed 332 “visually unique” CSAM files, including 219 videos. Thirteen contained sadomasochistic or violent abuse. Additional files depicted toddler abuse, and one was believed to be AI-generated. The extraction also found 243 photos of gift cards, allegedly used to purchase the material.
Wilkison pleaded not guilty Jan. 29 to two counts of sexual exploitation of children. He is being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond in that case. After the forensic results, prosecutors filed 15 additional charges Feb. 3, with a separate $100,000 cash or surety bond.
The cases have not been joined. Wilkison is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
