Several defendants were sentenced or entered pleas in Natrona County District Court last week on charges including theft, drug possession, escape and arson.
Sentences Imposed:
Garrett Wayne McKinzie received four to eight years in prison and was ordered to pay $2,299 restitution to Best Buy for theft of an Orbi Quad-Band Mesh Wi-Fi Router.
Stormy Dawn Costalez was sentenced to two to three years, suspended, with three years of supervised probation for possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense.
Judith Lee Cable received three to six months, consecutive to a 30- to 48-month sentence imposed Jan. 23, for taking a controlled substance into a correctional facility.
Lenny Monroe Jr. was sentenced to 18 to 24 months, consecutive to his current penitentiary sentence, for escape from a felony detention facility at the Casper Re-Entry Center.
Guilty Pleas Entered:
David Lee Wilkinson pleaded guilty to first-degree arson and domestic battery under a plea agreement with an eight-year sentencing cap.
Tyrel Neil Blasingame pleaded guilty to felony stalking with a protection order in place. The plea agreement calls for no penitentiary time and three years of supervised probation.
Arraignments – Not Guilty Pleas:
Marshall Robert Mayhan pleaded not guilty to two counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (cocaine and crack cocaine), possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, and misdemeanor possession of cocaine.
Cody John Stimpson, Brandon Lee Sala and Joshua Lee Mayfield each pleaded not guilty to possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense (methamphetamine for Stimpson and Sala).
Jonathan Jerome Jelsma pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense (methamphetamine and THC).
