The University of Wyoming and the Mountain West Conference revealed the 2025 conference football schedule on Tuesday, outlining the Cowboys’ home and away matchups, Wyoming News Now reports.
The 2025 conference slate consists of eight games for Wyoming, with four home contests and four road games. Specific dates for these matchups will be announced at a later time.
Wyoming will host Colorado State, Nevada, San Jose State, and UNLV in Laramie. On the road, the Cowboys will travel to Air Force, Fresno State, Hawai’i, and San Diego State. The 2025 Mountain West season will span 14 weeks, culminating in the Old Trapper Mountain West Football Championship Game, where the two teams with the highest conference winning percentages will face off.
The 2025 Mountain West football membership includes teams from Air Force, Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State, Hawai’i, Nevada, New Mexico, San Diego State, San José State, UNLV, Utah State, and Wyoming.
In addition to the Mountain West games, Wyoming’s 2025 non-conference schedule includes:
- Aug. 28 at Akron
- Sept. 6 vs. Northern Iowa
- Sept. 13 vs. Utah
- Sept. 20 at Colorado
