WYDOT Launches Online Forum for Public Input on 2050 Transportation Plan
Cheyenne Metropolitan Planning Organization

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is inviting residents to attend an online public meeting about its 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan.

The virtual format enables people all over the state to review the plan and provide feedback at their convenience.

This self-guided meeting aims to solicit feedback on Wyoming’s future transportation priorities. Participants will be able to share their perspectives on what issues and needs WYDOT should address in the coming decades, such as infrastructure challenges, mobility improvements, and safety concerns.

In addition to identifying transportation needs, the meeting invites residents to share their thoughts on how future financial resources should be allocated within the department. WYDOT officials say the feedback will help shape investment and planning strategies through 2050.

The online meeting is available at www.wydotlrtp.com/meeting2. There is no set time for participation, so users can explore the material and leave comments on their own time.
